Cross-project forum or news?

Is there a need for cross-project (account-wide) discussion forums, news or announcements? Should these appear on the user's dashboard? Or should there be a special "company page"?

    I think a cross project announcement would be ideal. It would be nice to have a place to put up information without the need for feedback.

    What do you think of the idea of adding a cross-project Pages tab? These would be like normal pages except visible on the dashboard, across projects.

    Or, perhaps we need something like a banner ad for news and announcements on the dashboard?
