Tabbed Panels on Primary Objects: Yes/No?
In the v0.95 release, I included some experimental tabbed panels on the Assets show page. Do you like this style of presentation better than the titled boxes going down the page? Let me know what you think.

Cameron,
tabbed panels are pretty useful!
But - one suggestion:
currently each time I save my work in 'tasks' or 'discussion' panels, it go back to 'attachments' panel. I think it could be better to stay in panel from which I started
Thanks
Arkady

I agree. We prefer the "tasks" panel to be viewed by default when you select a shot, but it always goes to "attachments". A way to define the default either per project or globally would be great. If not, I vote for "tasks" to be the hard-wired default panel.
thanks,
m

So, the question is whether to implement tabbed panels across the app -- right now they are only on the asset detail page. If we did add tabbed panels, we would make them stick to whatever was last used. I'm not sure I like the tabbed panels personally, which is why I haven't implemented them.

Not sure I like them either. Looking at Shot vs Asset view now, and thinking the non-tabbed is probably better for workflow and to avoid people missing important info.

OK, I've decided to bag the tabs. Asset pages will now look like all other pages.
