Task Complete Auto Update
You think it could be arranged that once you mark a task 100%
complete that it appends the current date and time to the END DATE
field
I always forget to do this and then the task disappears.... it
seems like this should be automatic...

I had another thought on this.
It seems to me that artists should not be allowed to mark a task 'Closed'. An artist should be able to mark the % complete, and should be able to set the status to 'Submitted', but then we should only allow supervisors to accept the submittal and mark the task status 'Complete' or reject the submittal and set the task status to 'Rework'.
So what that means, is that when a supervisor marks a task (Complete) that should ensure that the % complete is 100% and the end_date is filled in. Setting the % complete should do nothing. And, Task Submit Work should always set the task status to (Submitted).
What do you think?

Yep. Now I think your growing your intuitive features list. This does
make the most sense. But now you need something that forces
supervisors to close task. So they know where to tie up loose ends.

I do also think you need a reject or accept method. Via a large red or
green button. I'm jk. But it would be nice to see a response method
similar.

OK. I need to ponder how this is going to work in detail. And, you are saying that you don't really submit work on tasks anyway...
For now, the programmer task is:
When a user edits a task, and sets the status to 'C' (Complete), also set the percent complete to 100% and the end_date to now, if the end_date is currently blank.

We're crossing the streams......I mean threads....and yes I admitted to not using the task function to the fullest of its capabilities.
