Hiding tasks from an Inactive project in the dashboard
I see some tasks in My Dashboard that are related to an Inactive project that is currently on hold. If a project is Inactive, should the tasks still appear in the dashboard?
I'd like to only see tasks of projects I'm currently working on.

Juan Carlos,
You are absolutely right! It was just an oversight. I will get this fixed.
Thanks,
Cameron

I have a question for you, I'm trying to nail down what the project status mean. These are the characteristics:
Viewable=Users can view historical data inside the project
Changeable=Users can add and update data inside the project
Actionable=Users can see the project, and the project tasks and project workitems are on the dashboard.
So for projects:
Active=Viewable, Changeable, Actionable
Inactive=Viewable, Changeable
Closed=Viewable
Does that sound right?

That classification sound right, as long as you can switch. For instance, say that for now I don't want my artists to spend any time on a project that we have postponed so I mark it "Closed". If at a later date I want to re-start it, can I change the status of Active again and the project inherits the new characteristics?

Yes, its just a flag in the database. The main thing is that people with subscriptions have a limit on the number of active projects.
Cheers,

This has been fixed. Workitems and tasks for inactive and closed projects no longer show on the dashboard. This patch will go out with the next release in a few days.
