[Workflow enhancement suggestion] Dashboard
I think the dashboard is a great idea, but it seems to escape many of
the users. I think if it were a button or highlighted in some way, it
would be more effective than the simple text link.

Mike, what if we kept the 'Dashbord' tab active all the time? Was
trying to emphasize that we we going into "project mode" by losing it,
but maybe it would be better to keep it?
The big idea was to have the dashboard be user-centric (what an artist
needs), and have the project overview be project centric (what the
supervisor or producer needs)..

That seems to make sense. Is the dashboard more prominent for the artists?
I would like to see the same "Work List" on the supervisor/project
overview. For example, since David wasn't getting email notifications
of the requests for response, and he wasn't going to the dashboard, he
wasn't aware of them at all.

What the supervisor needs to see is the outstanding worklist for everyone. So that you could see if a reviewer was letting things stack up. We are working on that.
I will put the Dashboard tab on in the project context and you can check it out. I'll just slip it into the deploy. Maybe that is the ticket.

The Dashboard tab is now active for projects. Let me know what you think.

Mike,
The Dashboard tab has been enabled in project mode for a couple of weeks now. Do you think its better having it there?
Thanks, Cameron

Cameron,
Sorry for not responding sooner. I've been on family vacation and
therefore haven't been very involved in this round of the hdrvfx
project. What little I did see of the new dashboard during the first
round looked good, though.
